About Me
Hi, I’m Lillian — a teacher, ADHD coach, and counsellor-in-training who believes in quiet connection, practical strategies, and meeting people exactly where they are.
For over 15 years in education, I’ve supported students and families through all kinds of learning, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Along the way, I noticed something missing — a space where neurodivergent minds and their families could feel truly understood and supported, without being made to feel broken or behind.
That’s why I started B.I.G. ADHD Coaching: to offer grounded, compassionate support that fits real life. Whether I’m helping a child with emotional regulation, guiding a teenager through feeling stuck, or walking alongside a parent trying to hold it all together — I’m here, fully present, and on your side.
My approach is neuroaffirming and strengths-based, shaped by both lived experience and formal training. I’m currently completing my Master of Counselling, and I volunteer with WAAT Dogs (Western Australian Assistance and Therapy Dogs), where I’m training Toffee — my gentle therapy dog-in-training — to offer emotional support in sessions.
The heart of my practice is captured in my logo: a tree with one golden bird and the words Believe. Inspire. Grow. It’s inspired by the image of the mustard seed — small, but full of potential. With time, care, and the right conditions, it grows into something strong and full of life. That’s how I see each person’s journey. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin; you just need one small seed of belief. The golden bird is a reminder that growth brings freedom, hope, and the courage to rise into your own strengths.
I believe you don’t need to be “more organised,” “more resilient,” or “more” anything to start. You just need a space where you’re met with kindness, clarity, and connection. That’s the space I hope to create for you.
Toffee
Wellbeing dog
Toffee is a much-loved member of the B.I.G. ADHD Coaching team. She offers a calming presence and supports moments of connection, regulation, and pause in thoughtfully planned environments. Toffee works alongside me in ways that respect boundaries, consent, and her own needs — because her wellbeing matters just as much as the people she supports.
