Practical ADHD and executive functioning support for young people

Your child knows the assignment is due.

They know they should start earlier, pack their bag the night before, remember what they need for school and stop leaving things until the last minute.

And you've probably reminded them. More than once.

But somehow, you're still ending up in the same place - forgotten tasks, last-minute panic, frustration and overwhelm.

The problem often isn't knowing what to do. It's being able to do it consistently.

This is where ADHD coaching can help

Coaching isn't about giving your child another person to remind them what they should be doing.

We work together to understand where things are getting stuck and build practical strategies that make sense for their brain and their life.

That might mean getting started on homework, managing assignments, preparing for exams, creating routines, managing overwhelm, or building systems they can actually maintain.

Sessions are collaborative, practical and strengths-based. Your child doesn't need to arrive organised, motivated or knowing exactly what they want to work on - that's part of what we'll figure out together.

For younger adolescents, I involve parents where appropriate, with the goal of finding the right balance between support and growing independence.

Not sure whether coaching is right for your child?

The free parent guide explains what ADHD coaching can help with, what sessions look like, and whether it might be the right fit for your child.

Session Structure & Fees

Initial Session (60 minutes) — $180
Follow-Up Sessions (45 minutes) — $160

Coaching usually works best when there is enough time to try strategies in everyday life, see what works, and adjust what doesn't. Many young people begin with fortnightly sessions over approximately three months, with progress reviewed along the way.

At the end of the six sessions, we'll review progress together and decide what support, if any, would be useful from there.
