  • Yes. I support individuals of all ages, as well as families and schools. Sessions are tailored to each person’s stage of life — from emotional regulation in children to motivation and organisation for teens, or stress management and focus for adults.

  • Absolutely. I offer both online and in-person sessions (Perth-based), so you can choose what fits best. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of online coaching, especially for busy family schedules.

  • Most clients start with six fortnightly sessions over three months. This structure builds consistency and allows time to see real momentum.
    At the end of that period, we’ll review your progress and decide whether to continue, pause, or adjust focus.

  • Yes. Collaboration is an important part of what I do. I often work alongside teachers, school psychologists, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure support feels cohesive and consistent.

  • No — a formal ADHD diagnosis isn’t required. Many people begin because they’re noticing patterns like distractibility, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty following through. Coaching can help you understand what’s happening and find strategies that fit.
