(Supporting senior students to build independence, confidence, and readiness for life beyond school)
Year 11 and 12 can be an intense period for students with ADHD. Increased academic demands, greater expectations for independence, and the pressure of post-school decisions can all amplify stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt. ADHD coaching offers practical, strengths-based support to help students understand how their brain works and develop strategies that fit their real lives — not just the classroom.
This coaching focuses on executive functioning skills such as organisation, planning, motivation, emotional regulation, and follow-through. Sessions are collaborative and goal-focused, helping students build confidence, self-advocacy, and a sense of agency as they move toward exams, transitions, and life after school.
Session Structure & Fees
Initial Session (60 mins) – $180
Follow-Up Sessions (45 mins) – $160
Most students benefit from a short block of regular sessions (often fortnightly) to build momentum and embed strategies. Coaching is tailored to the individual and may involve check-ins around school routines, assessment planning, emotional regulation, and transition readiness. Where appropriate, this support can sit alongside existing school wellbeing and learning support structures.
