Many children and teens with ADHD are working incredibly hard beneath the surface — managing school demands, emotional overwhelm, motivation struggles, forgetfulness, anxiety, transitions, and the constant feeling of being “behind” or “not enough.”

ADHD coaching provides a supportive space to better understand how your child’s brain works and to build practical strategies that fit real life. Together, we focus on developing executive functioning skills such as organisation, planning, emotional regulation, task initiation, routines, time management, and confidence.

Sessions are collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your child’s unique profile, recognising that no two ADHD experiences look the same. Parent involvement is also an important part of the process, particularly for younger adolescents, as sustainable change often happens when support at home and support for the young person work together.

Session Structure & Fees

Initial Session (60 mins) – $180
Follow-Up Sessions (45 mins) – $160

Most clients begin with six fortnightly sessions over three months to build consistency, insight, and momentum. At the end of this period, we’ll review progress together and discuss next steps based on your child’s goals and needs.
