Practical ADHD and executive functioning support for everyday life

Feeling overwhelmed?

Wanting to be more organised?

Always running late — even when you really try not to be?

Feeling like you're constantly trying to catch up?

You know what you need to do. The hard part is making it happen consistently when everyday life already feels like a lot.

Maybe you've tried planners, lists, reminders, routines, or promising yourself that next week you'll be more organised. Some things work for a while. Others never quite stick.

And before long, you're back to rushing, forgetting something important, feeling overwhelmed by everything that needs doing, or wondering why you can never quite seem to get on top of things.

The problem isn't that you're not trying. You may just need a different way of doing things.

This is where ADHD coaching can help

Coaching isn't about making you try harder or turning you into a perfectly organised person.

We work together to understand where everyday life is getting stuck and find practical strategies that work for you.

That might mean finding ways to get out the door on time, creating routines you can actually maintain, managing competing demands, getting started when everything feels overwhelming, keeping track of what matters, or simply feeling more in control of your day.

Sessions are collaborative, practical and strengths-based. You don't need to arrive with clear goals or know exactly what needs to change - that's something we can work out together.

Session Structure & Fees

Initial Session (60 minutes) — $180
Follow-Up Sessions (45 minutes) — $160

Coaching usually works best when there is enough time to try strategies in everyday life, see what works, and adjust what doesn't.

Many clients begin with fortnightly sessions over approximately three months, with progress reviewed along the way.

We'll review progress together and decide what support, if any, would be useful from there.
