LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitated methodology that uses LEGO bricks to support thinking, reflection, communication, and problem-solving through hands-on learning. Using guided building activities, participants explore ideas, challenges, perspectives, and goals in a more visual, interactive, and engaging way.

This methodology can be particularly valuable for individuals and groups who process ideas more effectively through building, storytelling, metaphor, and creative exploration rather than discussion alone. Sessions are designed to encourage participation, insight, collaboration, and psychologically safe conversations in an inclusive environment.

Workshops using the LEGO® Serious Play® materials and methodology can be adapted for a range of educational, wellbeing, leadership, and community settings, with a focus on engagement, reflection, executive functioning, communication, and collaborative learning.
